We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges due to the custom nature of your item. Each item we sell is handmade and is thoroughly inspected before we ship them out to our customers.
However, if WE made an error on the product and the customer can show us images and/or videos of said error within 10 days of recieved the damaged product, we will gladly replace the item FREE of charge once the damage item is returned. If the care instructions are not followed causing the item to become damaged we will NOT replace, refund or exchange the item.
If you need to cancel an item please contact me IMMEDIATELY. Once your item is in the production phase or a shipping label has been generated we will NOT grant a cancelation. There is also a cancelation fee for canceling your order. This fee is to cover the processing fees for the transactions.
