Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for our products. Each item is carefully inspected before being shipped to our customers. However, if we have made an error on the product and the customer can provide images or videos of the error, we will happily replace the item at no additional cost. Please be aware that if the care instructions are not followed and the item becomes damaged, we will not be able to replace, refund, or exchange the item. If you need to cancel an item, please contact us immediately as we cannot process cancellations once the item is made or a shipping label is created.

Ceramic is breakable. Do not apply pressure or store under heavy items. For storage put in bubble wrap to ensure no chipping or damage from other items in storage. Use a damp cloth to gently pat clean if needed. Do NOT soak.
