Whether you’re shopping for yourself, a gift, or the whole family, here’s exactly how it works:

🛍️ Step 1: Choose Your Apparel

Start by selecting the type of apparel you want. We carry sizes from Preemie through Adult 4X so there’s something for everyone — infants, toddlers, youth, and adults. Make sure you select the correct listing for the age/size group you need.

🎨 Step 2: Browse Designs

Because we have thousands of designs (and add new ones all the time), we’ve made it easy to browse them in one place.

• Each apparel listing has a link in the description to our design gallery.

• The link is underlined — just click it to open the gallery.

• Browse by category (holidays, hobbies, sports, family, inspirational quotes, and more).

Every design has a unique design code in the bottom right corner. ✍️ Be sure to note the code of your favorite design — you’ll need it in the next step!

📝 Step 3: Add Personalization (Optional)

If you’d like personalization, simply:

• Type your text into the personalization field at checkout.

• Include your font choice and color (options are shown in the listing images).

• Not interested? Just leave the field blank.

🔍 Step 4: Requesting a Mockup (Optional)

If you’d like to see what your design looks like with personalization before we print it, you can request a mockup:

• Simply write “Request Mockup” in the notes field when placing your order.

• If you don’t specifically request a mockup, your order will go straight to production.

📦 Step 5: Production & Pickup/Shipping

Once your order is placed:

• Production time varies by product. Each listing includes its specific timeframe, but most orders are ready within 3–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends & holidays).

• After production:

  • Shipping: Typically 4–7 business days with tracking.

  • Local Pickup: Free pickup at Minerva Drug Mart, 1145 Alliance Rd NW, Minerva, OH 44657.
