Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for our custom handmade products. Each item is carefully inspected before being shipped to our customers. However, if we have made an error on the product and the customer can provide images or videos of the error, we will happily replace the item at no additional cost. Please be aware that if the care instructions are not followed and the item becomes damaged, we will not be able to replace, refund, or exchange the item.
