We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges due to the custom nature of your item and the current pandemic we are in. Each item we sell is handmade and is thoroughly inspected before we ship them out to our customers.
However, if WE made an error on the product and the customer can show us images or videos of said error, we will gladly replace the item FREE of charge. If the care instructions are not followed causing the item to become damaged, we will NOT replace, refund or exchange the item.
If you need to cancel an item, please contact us IMMEDIATLY. Once your item is made or a shipping label is created, we cannot process a cancelation.
